Volunteer
Join our compassionate team of volunteers in providing care to families and individuals during their end-stage of life. Our new, two-suite home will provide privacy and comfort at no charge. Story of Hope is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 that depends on volunteers and donations to operate.
We invite persons (over the age of 16) of any race or creed to volunteer at Story of Hope CCH in whatever capacity they have an interest in or talent for.
You can complete the application below online, or download, print and complete a paper application and email or mail to us. Upon receiving your application, you will be contacted to arrange an in-person or phone interview with our Volunteer Coordinator. All information on this form will be kept confidential and will assist us in finding the volunteer position best suited for you. Please note that, since we work with a sensitive population, we are required to perform a criminal background check. We will let you know how this will be done.
