Embracing the Changes in Hope During End of Life
Story of Hope Comfort Care Home is a newly built, custom-designed residence dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care. Our team of caring volunteers and skilled nurses offers comfort and support around the clock in a peaceful, home-like environment.

The home features two private suites, each including a bedroom, a living area, and a bathroom with a shower, along with a shared kitchen at the heart of the home. This thoughtful design allows families to enjoy both privacy and comfort as they spend meaningful time with their loved ones.

We are located in the Town of Chili in Rochester, NY. All care is provided at no cost to families—there are never any bills or fees. Our house was built through generous donors, area businesses and fundraisers.
